Visitors

The front desk staff will resume calling and sending visitors to the units.

All visitors will be required to wear a face covering and keep social distancing in the lobbies, corridors, and elevators. We ask residents to inform their visitors of the rules before arriving at the building. Residents are responsible for their visitors.

Food Deliveries

The front desk staff will resume calling and sending food delivery persons to the requesting units. 

All delivering persons will be required to wear a face covering and keep social distancing within the building.

Realtor Showings  

Realtor or Representative must be present during showings.

• Showings permitted any day of the week between 9AM to 7PM only.
• Realtors must have access to the unit, Key and Fob. The front desk will not provide access to the elevator, amenities, or unit.

Until further notice, we will not hold or issue lockboxes.
