Questionnaire 

Request can be made by email at 2midtown@associaflorida.com.  

The association charges $150 (money order only) per each questionnaire. You can mail or deliver payment to 3470 E coast Ave Miami, Florida 33137 Attn: Association Management Office. No personal or company checks accepted. Questionnaire may take up to 25 business days to process excluding holidays. *Please complete & submit 'Resale Document request form' posted in 'General Forms'.   

Condo Docs

Request for a printed set of copies can be made by email at 2midtown@associaflorida.com. The association charges $150 (money order 'only'). Payable to Two Midtown Miami Condominium. *Please complete & submit 'Resale Document request form' posted in 'General Forms'.   

Estoppels 

Order can be placed at https://marketplace.communityarchives.com/signup .

On the upper left side click on ‘Order Resale Documents’, then select ‘Association Services of Florida’. The next step is to register.

The building management does not handle estoppel orders. Price for service and time frame is controlled by a third party. 

Realtors & Owners- please make sure ACH is deactivated before closing.

If selling unit please have owner deactivate online payments through townsquare or if on ACH payments send email to 2midtown@associaflorida.com (cut off date is the 20th of every month).

If ACH is not completed by cut off day (20th of each month), please make arrangement for the buyer to credit on settlement statement. We do not guarantee fast refund. This is the responsibility of the owner to deactivate ACH or online payments before closing. If owner rejects payment through their bank after closing a NSF charge will apply to new homeowner account. *The association will not be responsible for these charges.
